If you’re new to THC drinks, we recommend starting with one can, ideally one of our 5mg potency options. Take your time drinking it (we recommend up to an hour). Then wait at least 30–60 minutes before having more. If you’re more experienced, you know your comfort zone—but we always recommend starting low and going slow, until you have the hang of it.
