REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Birdie that is defective or damaged is eligible for a return or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned merchandise items must be in new and unused condition.
To return an item, place the item and proof of purchase in its original packaging. Then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or returned by the customer.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned
